Classic bikes at Rivington ...

....and ONE at the St. Annes' bike meet ! Yes - I went to sunny Blackpool on Monday afternoon and met up with a couple of viewers , who were lovely people and we had a couple of beers and they bought me a baked spud and prawns at the Seafarers Cafe ! I didn't do much filming , but saw this fully restored Ariel there, gleaming in the sunshine ...and it didn't arrive in a van or on a trailer because it purred past us as we were eating later ! I couldn't see the image as I was filming the bike handheld ..so I didn't film the engine close up as I'd intended - didn't the rear cylinders used to overheat on this model ? Lovely though - ain't it ?!
