I thought I was simply changing my business address. Instead, my Google Business Profile was immediately suspended. What followed was almost seven weeks of appeals, a “Deceptive Content” rejection, two verification videos, a temporary return to Brisbane and a lot of wondering when the phone would start ringing again.
