Antoine Destin is the Managing Director of The Catalyx Group. Antoine Destin spent about 25 years in the corporate world at Hormel Foods, moving through sales, marketing, sales training and leadership roles, from territory manager and area manager to National Sales Training Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing at Hormel Health Labs and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Along the way he often stepped into functions he had never done before and had to work out how to become proficient. About a year ago he and his business partner Ryan, whom he has known for more than twenty years, started The Catalyx Group, a consulting firm built around three areas they see as one system: leadership as the engine, culture as the operating unit, and sales execution as the output.
