Kaba 8 (8 pin) - Pick & Gut

Kaba 8 single pin picking and gutting. A very precise little lock. It took a while to map out, coming from mainly pin tumbler locks and low security dimple locks, the feel inside is very different. Due to the opposing pin stacks, it can feel very crowded and hard to manoeuvre at first, and can take time to avoid over setting. Heavy tension can help to make sense of feedback, but I needed to lift off a little after an initial set to get some of the higher set pins to fall into place, as the margin between set and overset is tiny.
