Derrick is a man with a huge background / resume in drilling. He started his own company about five years ago. He is a true driller. He taken a 1980 rig and made it work. He's had to replace the engine, the transfer gearbox - twice - and much more. He also tells and shows us a "trick" about how to make sure that his gearbox has oil in it.
