Classic Mini Restoration - Outer Sill Replacement - Part 1

While cleaning up the back seat, I found a hole and upon further investigation I decided it’s time to take the sill off the drivers side. NOTHING prepares you for what I found in my sill. It was full of water, literally full. Absolutely Shocking.
