Sonic Mania - Mega Drive 16-bit REMIX: Eggman Boss 1 (Ruby Delusions)

This boss theme hit me harder in my nostalgic gut than most of the Mania soundtrack, so I had to go and make a Genesis/Mega Drive remix. It's mostly faithful to the soundchip limitations (with a couple of exceptions) so I hope it satisfies the retro fanatics out there!
