Marty & Dan Atkinson Talk School Crossing Safety at Dublin & Paisley! When it comes to keeping our children safe, there's nothing more important than listening to the parents and families who navigate our neighbourhood streets every day. Marty recently joined Dan Atkinson, a candidate for School Board Trustee in Wards 2, 3 and 4, to discuss concerns about traffic and pedestrian safety at the Dublin Street and Paisley Street intersection, near Central Public School. Together, they spoke with concerned parents about the challenges children and families face when travelling to and from school, and explored ideas for making this busy neighbourhood intersection safer. 🚸 Safer crossings for children walking to school. 🚗 Greater awareness of vehicle traffic and pedestrian safety. 🤝 Better collaboration between parents, schools, the school board and the City of Guelph.
