Red Mahseer Fishing in The World's Oldest Rainforest - Taman Negara Malaysia 🇲🇾 Sungai Keniam

Camping inside a 130 million-years-old rainforest in Malaysia is a whole new experience. Estimated to be more than 130 million-years-old, this rainforest date back to a time when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. It is older than the Amazon rainforest. We came upon a chance to do a wild camping and river fishing for the prized rainforest river fish called Kelah (Mahseer) deep in this rainforest with insight tips on how to get there from Kuala Tahan. We are sharing this experience with a stopover stay in Mutiara Resort, the only resort inside Taman Negara's sanctuary.
