Germany 2025 : Day 5 - Göttingen & Wolfsburg

Day 5 of our Germany journey started with a fascinating visit to the Mathematical Institute at the University of Göttingen, where we explored historic mathematical models and instruments and discovered a little of Göttingen’s remarkable mathematical heritage. From Göttingen, we hopped aboard the ICE high-speed train 🚄 and made our way to Wolfsburg. Our afternoon was spent exploring phaeno Science Center 🔬, with its impressive architecture and interactive science exhibits, followed by some shopping at Designer Outlets Wolfsburg 🛍️. We also stopped by Wolfsburg Hauptbahnhof before taking in views of the iconic Volkswagen Plant, one of the landmarks that defines this automobile city. As evening arrived, we ended the day with a beautiful sunset over Wolfsburg 🌅, watching the city and Volkswagen surroundings slowly light up as daylight faded.
