ROYAL REMEMBRANCE: HEAVY RAIN DURING ACCESSION DAY — KING'S TROOP ROYAL HORSE ARTILLERY FIRE SALUTE

It truly doesn't get more British than this: world-class royal pageantry mixed with classic British weather 🌧️🇬🇧 This is easily one of my favourite videos I’ve ever filmed, and you’ll quickly see why. The heavy rain was beating down hard, turning Hyde Park into a deeply atmospheric place. It was a true honour to capture such a poignant moment of the year to share with you all. This breathtaking, rain-soaked scene took place yesterday on Accession Day - marking four years since King Charles III ascended the throne, and the fourth anniversary of the passing of our late Queen, Elizabeth II. Undeterred by the pouring rain, the incredible King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery pulled their historic WWI-era field guns through the park and fired a thunderous 41-gun Royal Salute. What an honour it was to film.
