Minister Proposes Naming Kaa-Ataba Bridge After President Tinubu The Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE has proposed the naming of Kaa-Ataba Bridge after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu upon its completion and commissioning. Speaking during an inspection of the project, the Minister described the bridge as a major signature project that reflects President Tinubu’s commitment to transforming riverine communities across the Niger Delta. He commended the Management of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), officials of the Ministry of Regional Development and the contractor for the progress recorded so far, while urging the contractor to complete the remaining work and prepare the road for commissioning as promised. Engr. Momoh highlighted the scale of the project, noting that the bridge features approximately an 11-metre-wide carriageway and 1.25 metre pedestrian walkways on both sides.
