In the wings of the Festival Theatre, Adelaide Guitar Festival favourites, along with some of Adelaide’s most talented emerging musicians, recently came together to collaborate on a series of exclusive mini-concert recordings. Intimate, candid, and shot in high definition with a backdrop of memorabilia from past Adelaide Festival Centre productions, see these musicians in a vibrant new light. Known as the Japanese Blues Cowboy and the Tsugaru shamisen player, George & Noriko have been kicking up a storm wherever they play. George’s lightning-fast licks & growling harmonica, enhanced by Noriko’s percussive sounds of the traditional shamisen (Japanese banjo), has morphed into a unique kind of bluegrass country sound with a Japanese twist. 📽️ Click Films
