About This Video: In this video I will explain you the basics of the new tool from SAP, which you can leverage in your company for Work Scheduling purposes. It is called RSH - Resource Scheduling Tool, which is available from SAP S/4HANA. It is a set of Fiori Applications, which can be available for your Maintenance Planners to Schedule the work, monitor capacity/utilization of Technicians, monitor planned work, re-schedule, and assign (dispatch) it to specific technicians (Personnel numbers).Of course there are certain prerequisites, which have to be meet, one of them is the fact, that you need a separate license for this product. My video covers end-to-end process, from Work Order definition (Planning) to Scheduling. Of course it doesn’t make sense to go to execution and post-execution phase. The goal is, that you get better understanding what SAP RSH is, what is it capable of and how you can use it in your company or implement it in your Client’s System.
