EASY MUG RUG TUTORIAL

Easy Mug Rug Tutorial. In this video I teach you how to make an easy mug rug using a bandana and some scrap batting. This is an excellent way to use up your scrap fabric and batting pieces. I cut my pieces for my mug rug 6" X 8". I also cut my batting at 6" X 8". If you want your mug rug thinner, you can always go with the standard size of 5" x 7". I purchased the bandanas for my mug rug at Michaels and they were on clearance for $1. This mug rug is easy, inexpensive and makes a great gift with a coffee mug. Crafting made fun and easy!
