Bell 7 & 8 being raised in the belfry of St Peter in Thanet, Kent 13cwt in F

The fabulous back two being raised individually prior to practice. The bells of St Peter In Thanet are a mixed bag of bells based in the small village of St Peter, Broadstairs. The octave were cast by Mears & Stainbank with some of the older bells cast individually by Thomas Swain and Robert Catlin of Mears. All the bells go really well and sounded incredible since retune. The only difficulty is the incredibly long draft and springy ropes but overall a fun and nice sounding ring of 8! St Peter In Thanet, Kent Ring of 8, tenor 13-2-22 in F https://dove.cccbr.org.uk/detail.php?...
