Under the new partnership, eligible buyers purchasing qualifying homes at Nakheel’s Palm Jebel Ali and Nad Al Sheba Gardens, and Meraas’ The Acres, can apply for an ADCB mortgage once 50% of the property value has been paid to the developer. The application point is linked to the buyer’s payment milestone, with no separate construction milestone.
