Train Needs Middle Locomotive & Manned Pusher Engine To Get Up Steep Hill! DPU Roaring Like A Jet!

LOOONG Train Needs A Mid Train DPU & A Locomotive Shoving The Rear To Get Up Ludlow Hill. The Locomotive Pushing The Train Is Manned & Cuts Off At Top Of Hill By Me. 3 Other Norfolk Southern Trains Ease Down The Hill Fighting Gravity. Top Railfan Location Eliminated By Construction Project. We return to the long, curvy hill that comes up out of the Ohio River Valley. When I got there I discovered that the parking lot by the railroad crossing had a modular home set up on it. This is a business area in Crescent Springs, Kentucky. I have no idea what kind of business is locating here. It is set up in a huge paved parking lot. If anyone knows, please leave a comment. I got a huge train here easing down the hill. This was a long one. When I first arrived it was sitting a few hundred feet south go the crossing. After nearly an hour a crew arrived and the train continued on northbound down the hill. After that I went a mile south and got two more trains going down the hill. I was at that location for maybe an hour. I had a long wait for the fourth train. For this one I continued on south a couple more miles to Erlanger, Kentucky. This is the location of a two track railroad crossing near the top of the hill at Mile Post 10. This is where trains that have pushers on the rear stop for the pushers to cut off and return back down the hill. I got lucky and my plan worked. A huge train with 2 locomotives on the front, a mid train DPU and manned pusher on the rear came just as I was thinking about leaving. I waited for maybe close to 3 hours and I kept thinking about leaving but just needed one more train for a decent video. I actually heard the train on the scanner at Mile Post 5.6 coming up the hill. Before it got to that point I heard the train request the pusher. As you can see in the video the train stopped just past me and the engine cut off. The train can be seen continuing on and then the pusher locomotive passes me and diverges from Track 2 to Track 1. That was two or three trains combined into one.
