Making Side Hoops (Panniers) for 17th Century Gown

I made side hoops (panniers) for my Marie Antionette style dress using the American Duchess pattern, and am testing the hoops under the dress against the side hoops I purchased on Amazon. I had uploaded the video previously, but messed up a section with editing, so I fixed it, but it's still a new process to me (filming and editing), so I appreciate your patience.
