A Package From Home | A Normal Day in China

Qingxia was especially happy today because a package from her parents finally arrived. They live in Heilongjiang, in the far northeast of China, and sent us vegetables and fruit grown in their own garden. Qingxia hasn't been home for almost two years, so receiving food from her parents means a lot to her. We picked up the package from our local delivery station, brought everything home, and made a simple meal with the vegetables they sent us. Just another ordinary day in our life in Shenzhen, China.
