Hi There! For the video today I have a vlog from my hysterectomy surgery day, few days in hospital and check in 1 week later. I hope you enjoy the video! xx ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vegan Brownie Recipe: Ingredients; 1 cup dairy free spread 2 + 1/4 cup sugar 1 + 1/4 cup cocoa 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp vanilla extract 4 flax eggs (1 "egg" is 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water) 1 + 1/2 cup flour 2 cups vegan chocolate chips Method; Preheat oven to 180' c Melt dairy free spread + sugar until sugar has dissolved. Add vanilla to liquid Mix flax eggs To mixing bowl add cocoa, salt, baking powder & flour. Add sugar mix to dry ingredients & combine. Then add flax eggs, mix and finally fold in choc chips.
