RESTORATION of an Old Rusty Aluminum Tube Sealer | Amazing Result ‎ ‎I bought this machine from a flea market. The machine was not in good condition and was not working properly. The springs were damaged, and a bolt had been installed instead of the handle. Overall, the condition of the machine was quite poor. ‎ ‎To start the restoration, I first completely disassembled the machine. Then I started working on the main body. First, I degreased it, removed the old paint, and removed the casting marks. I also filled some extra holes by welding, applied body filler, and then applied 2K primer and paint. ‎ ‎I did the same process with the other parts that needed to be painted. For the parts that could be removed, I stripped off the old nickel plating, polished them, and then had them nickel-plated again. ‎ ‎Some of the bolts were not suitable for this machine, so I made new ones. I also made a new handle that looks good and will last for a long time. ‎ ‎After preparing all the parts of the machine, I reassembled everything.Finally, I tested the machine, and it is now working properly. ‎ ‎Work I do in the video and what I use .
