'CAN I CUT YOU SHORT?' Diretsahang sinagot ni presiding officer Chiz Escudero ang reklamo ni lead defense counsel Atty. Sheila Sison sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Martes (Oktubre 13) kaugnay sa suhestiyon noon ni senator-judge Bam Aquino na salit-salit na lamang magprisenta ng ebidensiya ang prosekusyon at depensa. Ito ay matapos ireklamo ni Sison na hindi raw mababago ng suhestiyon noon ni Aquino ang kalaunan pagaatras ng prosekusyon sa mga sakdal. "Yes because you would've been heard! The respondent would've been heard right after the presentation of an article. And should they decide to withdraw later on, then both sides would've been heard already," ani Escudero. "Unfortunately that's not what the rule says, and unfortunately too, the parties did not agree," dagdag niya.
