In today’s episode, we take on our first MedEvac mission in MSFS2024 Career Mode—flying a critically ill patient from the infamous Courchevel Airport (LFLJ) to Chambéry (LFLB) in the Cessna Grand Caravan. Things didn’t go smoothly: after reaching waypoint COLLO, our autopilot froze, and NAV mode never captured the flight plan until we made a full 180° turn.
