Working on a story at North Spokane Irrigation District #8 on July 2nd and 7th, 2026. I received tips and leads from locals alleging that after watching my stories, that the District was out of compliance with the public records act by not having a published procedures manual for records requests, no records index, and challenges in making requests. After looking into the story, it was definitely true! Watch for yourself.
