Dry Sauteed Blewit Mushrooms

The dry saute is basically the perfect way to cook these mushrooms, which are often really watery and need to have their liquid cooked out before they can get golden brown. I add a little shallot and tarragon and it's a combo I recommend you try, but you can flavor them any old way. Full recipe is in the link at the top of the video description.
