Contiguous Memory Allocation (OS)

This video will discuss contiguous memory allocation in operating systems. We will discuss the difference between fixed and variable partitioning schemes as well as three different algorithms for the allocation of processes into the partitions (first fit, best fit and worst fit). This video was developed as online lessons for CSCE 311 at the University of South Carolina during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
