First off go to your Game File Directory for The SM2 Test Server this can be accessed by right-clicking the Test Server in your Steam Library and go to Properties then go to Installed files Then Browse now that you're in your Games Directory you're going to go down this file path client_pc\root\mods now all you need to do is install the .pak files in the Description throw them into the mods folder and launch the game!
