In this documentary, we explore the spiritual history of Silsila Suhrawardiya Tegh Barhana and its journey from Suhraward to the Deccan, from Gulbarga to Adoni. According to the traditional accounts presented in this video, the spiritual lineage is associated with the great Sufi tradition of Silsila Suhrawardiya and traces its lineage through the family of Hazrat Sheikh Shahabuddin Umar Suhrawardi (RA). We also discuss Hazrat Syed Shah Hussamuddin Hussaini Tegh Barhana (RA), his connection with the Deccan, and his role in spreading Islamic teachings and spiritual guidance. The documentary then follows the journey of Hazrat Syed Shah Ahmad Hussaini Suhrawardi Tegh Barhana, popularly known as Dare Wale Sahib (RA), who came from Gulbarga to Adoni. We learn about his life, teachings, spiritual services, disciples, the historic Mehter Masjid, and his blessed shrine in Adoni. The journey continues through Hazrat Syed Shah Muhammad Muhammad Hussaini Suhrawardi Tegh Barhana (RA), Hazrat Syed Shah Habibullah Hussaini (RA), Hazrat Syed Shah Dastagir Hussaini (RA), Hazrat Syed Shah Ahmad Hussaini (RA), Hazrat Syed Shah Hussamuddin Hussaini (RA), and finally Hazrat Maulvi Sahib, Syed Shah Muhammad Muhammad Hussaini (RA). The video also covers the life, spiritual teachings, final days, and funeral of Hazrat Maulvi Sahib (RA), followed by the next generation, including Hazrat Syed Shah Javed Anwar Tegh Barhana Suhrawardi (RA) and Hazrat Syed Shah Naveed Anwar Suhrawardi. This video also highlights the traditional teachings concerning Adab-e-Murshid — the manners and etiquette of a disciple towards his spiritual guide.
