Unicorn Overlord but everyone's nonbinary

Last year I played Unicorn Overlord using only women. And then I tried the opposite of that run where I only used men. But I'm fed up with the lack of nonbinary representation in games, so I'm enforcing my existence upon the game. What happens if I can only use classes that aren't gender-locked?
