[MHFU] Tigrex (5★ Village) vs Sword and Shield (Urgent Quest)

watch me fight a tigrex and also cry for some reason... basically every time i've fought Tigrex with a SNS, I cart at least once. I dunno if it's cause I'm not very good, or because it's just not a great weapon against Tigrex. You have to take so many risks to keep your damage up, or the fight will take forever. Funnily enough, the slower, harder hitting weapons seem to do better against monsters that are fast, but have exploitable animations. This fight, with an SNS, to me, is extremely hard. I wouldn't really recommend it, but if you do, I highly recommend bringing tranq bombs. The way SNS works, you'll probably see Tigrex limp away, and when he's gone to his cave to sleep, that is an extremely dangerous place to fight him, it's such a small area. If you can just finish the fight there with the portable shock trap and tranq bombs, that's ideal.
