Brimley Block C - Crane Erection Day

Limen is proud to be part of a major new addition to Toronto’s rental housing supply at 25 Borough Drive. As the formwork contractor for this landmark three-tower development, Limen will deliver more than 3 million square feet of formwork contact area, demonstrating the scale and capabilities of our team. The development, by Oxford Property Group, with Reliance Construction Toronto Inc. as the contractor and BDP Quadrangle as the architect, features three residential towers of 45, 35, and 41 storeys on an approximately 130,000 sq. ft. site. Gabrielli Crane is responsible for erecting all four tower cranes supporting construction.
