Pratyatar Dasha Calculation 1.Char Dasha is the most popular dasha of Jaimini Astrology, it is used for general predictions, it is a short Dasha and its duration varies between 1 year to 12 years. 2.Dasha in Jaimini is that of Rashis and not moon’s Nakshatra based Grah dasha as in Parashar system. 3.Since the dasha is very short its Anther and Pratyanthar dashas are also very short consequently an event can be timed with greater accuracy. 4.Another advantage of this dasha is that as it is a dasha of Rashi and not of Planets, one can successfully apply it even if the birth time is slightly inaccurate.
