Nick Sirianni Has No Answers And Should Be Fired

Tanner McKee put up Jalen Hurts' numbers and the Eagles still lost 25-14 to a Carolina team that took 13 penalties. That is not a quarterback problem. That is coaching. Two completely different quarterbacks, nearly identical production: McKee went 26 of 45 for 215 yards and a touchdown, sacked three times. Hurts averages 18 of 31 for 187 and 1.6 touchdowns, sacked 2.6 times. Same 57.8% completion rate. The only difference of any size is the running — and that is the argument for why the scheme, not the passer, is the problem. Also in this breakdown: 13 rushing attempts against one of the worst run defenses in football, 45 pass attempts, Carolina controlling the ball for most of the afternoon, the blitz pickup that has been broken for years, the soft tissue injuries, and the offensive line with one Week 1 starter left on it. ============================== TIMESTAMPS ============================== 0:00 Eagles lose 25-14 and Nick Sirianni needs to be fired 1:27 Why do you throw 45 times against that run defense 2:02 Special teams chokes it again 2:32 Carolina had the ball for 34:48 2:47 The blitz pickup has been broken for years 4:15 Carolina took 13 penalties and won anyway 4:31 Tanner McKee's day against what Jalen Hurts averages 5:44 What that tells you about the coaching 6:49 The defense is not the problem 7:23 Strength and conditioning and the soft tissue injuries 8:42 The one thing that got better 9:06 Thirteen carries 9:50 The divisional stretch ahead 11:16 Until Nick Sirianni is fired or figures it out 12:47 What you are actually seeing on the line 14:11 One Week 1 starter left #Eagles #Sirianni #NFL #FlyEaglesFly #Panthers
