MANGO CREPE CAKE 2 ½ cup cake flour ¼ cup white sugar ½ teaspoon fine salt 6 whole eggs 3 cups fresh milk 4-6 tablespoons melted butter 2 cups cream, whipped with sugar 1 kilo ripe mangoes, sliced and tossed in mango jam
