Frank DeLuca YMCA Renovation 2015 Ocala, Florida

Frank DeLuca YMCA Renovation - Dinkins Construction added over 18,000 sf and remodeled the rest to provide nearly 48,000 sf of new facility. We doubled the parking lot, replaced the pool pumps, upgraded all utility services, LED lighting, replaced the roof and improved the entire exterior. Added a cafe, playground, 2 racquetball courts, locker rooms, and doubled the activity and weight room spaces. The project duration was less than 2 years and the facility remained open to members the entire time.
