Poison Dynamite does work on each form. First kill on the last form with poison and recoils yielded nothing for some reason. 300+ Dynamites down and I got it done with zero HP exp gained. I only post my garbage video because I can't find anyone else posting these niche achievements. I hope this encourages you. The last form is the only one you need to recoil along side the poison. All the others you can get a successful poison and wait in the safe spot for it to die.
