International Baltic Sea Choir Competition (IBSCC), Compulsory Program Competition, September 21, 2019. IBSCC take place yearly on September in Latvia and is hosted by the city of Jūrmala near the Baltic sea. The competition venue is Concert Hall of Dzintari - a place highly suited for choral singing.
