The incredible Eduardo Falú : La cuartelera . Göran Söllscher guitar

When I was a child,a friend of mine had an LP with maestro Falú and we used to sit for hours listening over and over again. Many years later I had the pleasure to meet him when he visited Sweden. I helped him to write down one of his pieces and we kept contact all the way until 2013 when he passed away,90 years old. In my opinion he’s one the greatest artists ever and it’s an honour for me to play his music. La Cuartelera is a Zamba based on a ’tema popular’ and it was written down by Carlos Roldan.
