If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below. I would be glad to answer them.
This 7-simul method is called 7sfndmw6lm, or Bpaul flip, and is the one Jaidon Lin uses.
Condensed written tutorial:
M1: (D-R) + (ul-l)
M2: c-u
M3: u-l
M4: (d-r) + (UL-L)
M5: C-U
M6: U-L
For making memo easier, I would pronounce M1 and M2 as a sound (example: M1: A, M2: C, I would make the sound As), and M3 would be a standalone letter. M4 and M5 would be the same as M1 and M2, which is making a sound, and M6 would as well be standalone like M3.
Execution:
1. UR pin down: Execute M1 on UL (up pins) and execute M2 on UR (down pin).
2. R pins down: Execute M3 on UR (down pins) and match the D clock with the R clock by executing it on UL (up pins).
3. R pins and DL pin down: Make a 2x2 block on DR by executing it on UL (up pin) and UR (down pins).
x2 Flip
4. ur pin down: Execute M4 on ul (up pins) and execute M5 on ur (down pin).
5. r pins down: Execute M6 on ur (down pins) and match the d clock with the r clock by executing it on ul (up pins).
6. r pins and dl pin down: Make a 2x2 block on dr by executing it on ul (up pin) and ur (down pins).
7: ul and dr pins up: Match everything to 12 (AUF).
