Dynamic Duo Turns Rough Land into Wonderland | Julie Nelson & Kay Angermann

Travis County Master Gardeners Julie Nelson and Kay Angermann brought creative collaboration, muscle-wielding grit, and problem solving for rocky, flooding land to their homestead Katie Bird Farm. Wildlife habitat frames raised vegetable beds, screening berms, contemporary patios, greenhouse, artful chicken coop, and donkey corral. They accent and frame with vintage collectibles and repurposed salvages for garden art or as plant containers.
