Halloween H40 Trilogy - Expanded Soundtrack Suite - John Carpenter

This is a suite of the best unreleased tracks from the Halloween H40 trilogy. Back in 2019, an expanded soundtrack for Halloween (2018) was released, containing all the music that wasn't in the official album. For years it seemed unlikely that Halloween Kills and Ends would receive the same treatment, until the announcement was made this summer that the whole trilogy would see an expanded score release in October. This is my third suite focused on John Carpenter's Halloween H40 scores, and I was excited to make this one as I've often listened to the trilogy's scores while writing some of our films. This suite blends the tracks in order of their appearance in each film, with accompanying stills and track names. There are many tracks from the official albums I would have included - "Halloween Triumphant", "Payback", "The Procession" and more - but this suite solely focuses on the best unreleased tracks from the three scores. You may find that the unreleased tracks in each expanded score carry a distinct vibe: 2018 features many atmospheric synth tracks, Kills focuses on piano and returning leitmotifs, and Ends is generally dark and foreboding. Unlike Halloween's expanded score, several tracks from Kills and Ends' weren't used in the film. These include "Look at Me" and "Hunting a Killer" from Kills, which to my knowledge went unused.
