A high-quality sound recording of "Pat the Petter" trundling around Eaton Park Miniature Railway. "Pat the Petter" is a 7-and-a-quarter inch gauge industrial diesel locomotive built by Mike Riches. Powered by a Lister-Petter AC1ZS single-cylinder slow speed diesel engine mated to a Reliant Regal 4-speed manual transmission. Recorded using two stereo microphones- one mounted near the engine and one behind the loco. Enjoy the rhythmic thump of this lovely old Lister engine!
