الهدف العام : تزويد المشاركين بأسس المنهج العلمي المستخدم في إدارة التغيير في الحياة والعمل ومعرفة مفاهيمه ومبادئه واستراتيجياته وآلياته بما يساهم في رفع كفاءة وفاعلية المشاركين في مجال إدارة التغيير ويحقق رفع الإنتاجية. الأهداف التفصيلية للبرنامج : 1. إدراك أهمية إدارة التغيير الإيجابي ودورها في تجديد الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف وحل المشكلات على المستوى الشخصي والإداري. 2. اطلاع المشاركين على أهمية التغيير ومساعدتهم في الخروج من الصندوق. 3. التعرف على الفرق بين مفهومي إدارة التغيير وتغيير الإدارة. 4. التعرف على منظومة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وطرق تفعيلها. 5. التعرف على مهارات العمل الإداري وتطبيقاتها. 6. التعرف استراتيجيات العمل القيادي في المنظومة الإدارية. 7. تمكين المشاركين من تنفيذ عملية إعادة بناء العمليات وتعريفهم بمفهوم إعادة هندسة العمليات. 8. اطلاع المشاركين على كيفية الاستفادة من إعادة بناء العلميات على ارض الواقع. 9. اطلاع المشاركين على مراحل وخطوات تنفيذ إعادة بناء العمليات لفي إدارة التغيير. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- General objective: Providing participants with the foundations of the scientific approach used in managing change in life and work and knowing its concepts, principles, strategies and mechanisms, in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency and effectiveness of participants in the field of change management and achieves higher productivity. Realizing the importance of positive change management and its role in renewing performance, achieving goals, and solving problems at the personal and administrative level. 2. Inform the participants about the importance of change and help them get out of the fund. 3. Identify the difference between the concepts of change management and change management. 4. Learn about the strategic planning system and ways to activate it. 5. Knowing the skills of administrative work and their applications. 6. Identify leadership work strategies in the administrative system. 7. Enabling participants to implement the process of rebuilding operations and introducing them to the concept of process re-engineering. 8. Inform the participants on how to benefit from the reconstruction of operations on the ground. 9.
