DepTronics Technologies presents a Fully Automatic Ferrite EE Core SMPS Transformer Winding, Sleeving & Taping Machine, engineered to automate the complete transformer coil winding process in a single machine. The system integrates automatic bobbin loading, copper wire winding, PTFE insulation sleeve insertion, insulation taping, wire changeover, and final coil completion into one synchronized production cycle. ________________________________________ Automatic Bobbin Loading : The production cycle starts with automatic transformer bobbin loading. Ferrite EE core transformer bobbins are automatically supplied, positioned, and loaded into the winding station. Automatic Transformer Coil Winding : Once the bobbin is loaded, the machine automatically starts the programmed SMPS transformer winding sequence. Copper wire is wound onto the bobbin according to the predefined winding parameters, including required turns, winding direction, winding speed, layer sequence, and wire positioning. Automatic PTFE Sleeve Tube Insertion : One of the key features of this machine is the integrated PTFE insulation sleeve tube handling system. During transformer winding, the machine automatically inserts the required insulation sleeve onto the copper wire according to the programmed winding sequence. This provides the necessary insulation at transformer terminals and wire connection areas without requiring separate manual sleeving. 3 Wire Nozzle & 3 Sleeve Configuration : The machine is equipped with a 3 wire nozzle configuration and supports 3 different PTFE sleeve tube sizes within the same automatic process, allowing multiple copper wires & sleeve specifications to be handled within the transformer winding program. Different winding wires can be selected automatically according to the required primary, secondary, or auxiliary winding sequence. This allows complex transformer winding structures to be completed without repeatedly stopping the machine for manual wire changeover. Automatic Insulation Taping : The machine also integrates an automatic insulation taping system for applying insulation tape between the required winding layers. After completion of a programmed winding section, insulation tape is automatically applied according to the defined number of turns and process sequence.
