Episode 3 of The Fixer Podcast. This time I sit down with two of Marbella’s leading interior designers for an honest conversation about the creative side of our industry — what it really takes, the mistakes developers keep making, and why the last 10% of a project is often the most important. Guests: • Pilar Garnica — Garnica Miguelena, Architecture & Interior Design • Heidi Gubbins — Heidi Gubbins Interior Design We get into how to handle clients who don’t know what they want, the danger of AI-generated design references, why architects should never do the interior design job, why landscaping has to be planned from day one instead of the end, where you should never cut your budget, and why so many new developments fail to sell because they all look the same.
