Heavily Modded GTA IV in 2026 | Let’s Play Part 1

This is the first episode of my GTA IV Let’s Play, but with a twist: I’m playing the game with a pretty heavy mod setup to see how far mods can push an older game and make it feel new again. This is not a full modding tutorial yet. For now, it’s more of a demonstration of the setup, the gameplay, and how different GTA IV can feel with modern graphics, fixes, gameplay changes, and extra chaos layered on top. With GTA VI on the horizon, I thought it would be fun to go back to Liberty City and see how GTA IV holds up when it’s been dragged, lovingly, through the modding garage. This series will be game-focused and pretty relaxed. I’ll talk through the experience, point out some of the modded changes, and probably get into trouble in the most Liberty City way possible.
