Exploring Shark Bay | Trekking north to Shelter Bay

It's time to hit the road again! After many months back in the south west of WA, we are back on the road for a couple of weeks up to the Shark Bay area. We are revisiting one of our favourite beach camping spots that we discovered in 2022, Shelter Bay. Shelter is one of the very few camp spots left on the road out to Steep Point, the most western point of mainland WA. We had an awesome week out there and have so much more to come from this beautiful location but for now, this is our trek to get out there. Complete with missing swag poles, 50 degree heat and bogged cars, the first beer at camp was definitely well earned!
