Failing to Repay a Loan

The plaintiff says she’s known the defendant for five years and she loaned him money, but now he’s refusing to repay her. She’s suing for the money back. The defendant says he never borrowed money, and he insists the plaintiff stole two of his car keys. Case: 30-023
