Christa Pike Was Brain DEAD?!

Christa Pike, 50, is walking, talking and eating, according to the latest update from her legal team. Earlier this week, one of her lawyers said that Pike was "brain dead" on Monday and then regained consciousness the following day. Pike's botched execution remains under investigation and her defense team is expected to challenge any attempt to execute her a second time. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy looks at whether Pike was ever brain dead and explores the legal questions that remain in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
